The entrepreneurial path is popular for nomads. Even a lot of the remote workers I meet (or people living abroad) have some type of longer-term entrepreneurial vision.

Plus, it’s easier and more accessible than ever before to pursue this path.

For example, Japan recently(ish) launched a Startup Visa program, letting foreign entrepreneurs come to Japan for up to 2 years (by extending their initial visa) to basically “test” an idea and establish connections to build a business in Japan. This visa is much easier to get compared to the business visa (which requires higher capital and proof).

But whatever entrepreneurial path you take, choose the path that best aligns with your skills, goals, interests and experience.

Also, stay focused on that path and watch out for shiny objects (especially when things inevitably get tough or you experience difficulty).

Tips for becoming a travel-preneur
